James E Glinn, is the Director of Rehabilitation and President of San Luis Sports Therapy and Orthopedic Rehabilitation. He is responsible for the operations and organization of all rehabilitation professionals throughout the companies facilities. A graduate of the medical center at Loma Linda University, James brings a wealth of clinical experience to San Luis Sports Therapy. A former high school and collegiate All-American swimmer, James has experience working with active individuals from all walks of life achieve peak performance. Through both his personal and professional experiences, James has trained and rehabilitated All-Americans, Olympians, Amateur and Professional athletes. James recently completed his doctorate in Physical Therapy through the University of St. Augustine and the North American Sports Medicine Institute. In his spare time Jim enjoys surfing, backpacking and spending time with family and friends. Jim lives in the coastal town of Cayucos with his wife Shannon and their daughters Mia and Elle.

Ryan is the General Manager of Athlon Health & Fitness. He draws from 13 years experience in the fields of health and fitness, orthopedic rehabilitation, sports performance, and martial arts. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and has completed all coursework for a Master’s degree in Movement Behavior. He maintains two certifications from the most prestigious organizations in the field, the American College of Sports Medicine, as a Health/Fitness Instructor; and the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
Over and above his academic training, Ryan has excelled in sports and martial arts. A black belt in Shotokan Karate, Ryan competed as an amateur kickboxer achieving a ranking of #3 in North America by the International Kickboxing Federation. He continues to train in the martial arts and pursue outdoor sports. A popular instructor and trainer, Ryan attributes his success to his creativity in exercise programming and his willingness to learn. He lives in San Luis Obispo with his 12-year old daughter, Katelynn.

Kelly M. Sanders, DPT, ATC, CSCS received a B.A. degree in Anthropology and a minor in Exercise and Health Science in 1996 from the University of California at Santa Barbara. In 1999, she received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. Following graduation, Kelly completed a one-year residency program in orthopedic physical therapy at Kaiser West Los Angeles, and Fortanasce & Associates Physical Therapy in Arcadia, CA. Kelly is also a certified athletic trainer and has worked with multiple high school, collegiate and semi-professional athletic teams. Continuing education has focused on orthopedics and women's programs including the treatment of incontinence.

Casey Guenther came to San Luis Sports Therapy with a background in business to business sales, retail sales, marketing, internet marketing, and customer relations. He was a leading account manager for Robert Half, Int. in the Sacramento area, and directed Racquetball Warehouse here in San Luis Obispo. Prior to accepting the position with San Luis Sports Therapy, Casey managed IS Imports a national wholesaler and internet retailer here on the Central Coast. Together he brings with him a broad range of business, customer relations, and quality care experience.
In addition to his professional career, Casey was a member of the NCAA Champion UC Santa Cruz Tennis Team in 1998, and a scholar athlete at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He still enjoys playing tennis, running, and outdoor adventure sports. He resides in his hometown San Luis Obispo.

Matthew Wild came to San Luis Sports Therapy in December of 2003 from Tucson, Arizona where he worked as a Strategy & Business Analyst for one of the largest family owned pest control companies in the nation with approximately 70 offices and 1,100 employees. His accounting career began in the finance industry as a financial analyst for a regional bank where he developed a Performance Measurement System and was responsible for Regulatory and Internal Reporting. Since then, he has worked in facility management and event coordination as well as a staff accountant until his most recent position where he worked on strategic planning and business acquisitions. Additionally, Matthew worked as a consultant in accounting and business planning and founded two business ventures. Matthew is licensed by the State of Arizona as a Certified Public Accountant.
In addition to his professional career, Matthew has also coached Age-Group and High School swimming teams for eight years. He has served as a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate, acting on behalf of abused and neglected children in the juvenile court system for six years. Matthew has his private pilot’s license and enjoys hiking, mountain biking, tennis, and, since moving to California, surfing.

Richard Goldbach is the Director of Industrial Programs for San Luis Sports Therapy and Orthopedic Rehabilitation. He is a board certified orthopedic physical therapy specialist, certified strength and conditioning specialist as well as a certified ergonomist. He has extensive post-graduate training in the field of occupational medicine. Rick has recently relocated to the Central Coast from Southern California with his wife, Jill, and there two Labrador retrievers, Boomer and Tucker. In his spare time, Rick enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, horseback riding, fishing, and camping.
