Chip Hanker is the Director of the Lodi office of Delta Physical Therapy. As a former high school swimmer and water polo player and college All-American swimmer, Chip uses his athletic background along with manual therapy techniques to design individualized rehabilitation programs for a wide variety of patients with varying levels of functional abilities. Chip and his wife Kim are busy in their personal lives raising their 3 children Lindsey, Chase and Ryan. In his free time, Chip enjoys running, water and snow skiing, spending time with his family and friends (preferably in Lake Tahoe!), volunteering in his children’s sports activities and working on his 80+ year old house.

Stephanie Wiebe was born and raised in Lodi, CA. She has worked in a variety of healthcare services and also has an extensive background in customer service. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and aspires to one day master her baking skills and open a bakery, creating cake masterpieces. She takes pleasure in spending time with family and friends doing various outdoor activities including snowboarding and camping. Stephanie lives in Lodi with her two cats, Cali and Pepper.

Brianna has experience working as a physical therapist in acute care and outpatient facilities. While working and living in Southern California from 2005 until 2007 she had the opportunity to work with high school, college, professional and Olympic level athletes primarily in the areas of baseball, volleyball, track and field. She has since relocated to northern California and continues to enjoy working with a variety of patients with particular interest in the overhead athlete and knee rehabilitation. She looks forward to furthering her skills as a clinician by taking continuing education courses in manual therapy and vestibular rehab. Her athletic background is in competing and coaching volleyball as well as competing in equestrian events. Brianna thoroughly enjoys having a job where she can combine her passion for exercise with helping people and improving their lives. Brianna currently resides in Elk Grove and when not working she enjoys working out, playing volleyball, skiing, riding her horses and spending time with her dog Emmitt.

Heidi Coffee is the Director of Business Development for Delta and Central Valley Physical Therapy. She is responsible for the Business Development of four Clinics in the Central Valley area. Heidi brings over 20 years of experience of strong outside sales, combined with marketing and promotional expertise in area of medical diagnostic imaging. Heidi’s has proven skills identifying and capitalizing on a changing and challenging health care industry trends. She is especially skilled at establishing, developing and maintaining long lasting professional relationships with her clients such as Sutter Health, City and County San Francisco, General Mills just to name a few. She is resourceful and creative thinker with strong negotiation skills. In her spare time Heidi enjoys yoga, gardening and entertaining family and friends. Heidi lives in Lodi, CA.

Personal Profile
John has thirty plus years of orthopedic experience, working in the Sacramento area from 1979 until recently. His background includes work with adolescents, adults, athletes (both amateur and professional) and geriatric patients. He has worked with a number of athletes including Major League baseball players, NBA players, professional water skiers, gymnasts and others.

John is a two time participant in the Folsom Physical Therapy long term manual therapy program as well as numerous other educational courses. John knows that being injured is not fun, but believes therapy should be as enjoyable as possible. In his free time, John enjoys fishing, water skiing, mountain biking, rafting, boating as well as playing with his two dogs.

Katie received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Therapeutic Rehabilitation in 2002 from CSU, Sacramento. In 2005, she received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. Following graduation, Katie became an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and is currently participating in a long-term orthopedic and manual therapy program at Folsom Physical Therapy. Continuing education has focused on orthopedics and pediatrics, including becoming a yoga instructor for children. Katie recently relocated to her hometown of Courtland, CA after living in Los Angeles for 7 years. Kelly Collins is a physical therapist at Central Valley Physical Therapy in Stockton, California. Having received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Azusa Pacific University, one of the largest Christian universities in the United States, Kelly is passionate about treating each patient as a valued individual. In addition to patient care, Kelly is currently enrolled in the Evidence in Motion residency program, working toward specialty certification in orthopedics. Kelly is originally from Truckee, California, near Lake Tahoe, and is pleased to have recently moved back to Northern California to practice. When not involved in physical therapy, Kelly enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, running, and other outdoor adventures.
